Little about Law of Attraction: What is it ?
See, I am not going to discuss about Law of Attraction. However being a fan of Law of Attraction I have attributed some of the principles underlined through the movie I recently watched.
The Law of attraction is a universal law which is said as like attracts like. This law works always and it never fails. It's the fruit of conscious thinking for a desired object e.g. health , wealth , relationship or whatever.
For all universal laws we see the result after performing actions be it for Law of Gravity or Law of motions , various laws of Light , Electricity , Heat or Photo Synthesis etc. Similarly , the Law of Attraction defines what we consciously think that manifest in our life . It is a process that requires time , skill and patience .
Vibration is every thing
Rather it can be said from the Black Hole , Stars , planets to our heart are in a state of vibration in different frequencies. Our thinking is also a vibration with varied frequencies based on our prevailing emotional conditions. It can be stated that our reality is entirely depended upon our vibrations produced in different emotional behaviors those are created in our mind consciously or unconsciously. Our subconscious mind captures & stores all that vibrations and radiates to the Universe and attracts similar kind into our life and reality. Manifestation by applying the Law of attraction is nothing but the vibrations we produce that Like attracts Like.

Story Line of Nil Battey Sannata
The dream of a single mother , a maid by profession , Chanda who sees her daughter Apu shine. But Apu is reluctant to acknowledge her mother's struggle and sacrifices. She is enjoying happiness with the back benchers in her school . Chanda takes the very unconventional approach with the suggestion & help from her employer Dr Diwan , enrolls herself into the same class in the same school.
By this Apu is so irreverent that she takes extreme steps like stealing all the savings which Chanda manages for school's tuition fees and Math tutorial for Apu . Apu spends all the money for partying and clothing & accessories .
In school Chanda becomes everyone's favorite except her daughter Apu . She learns math from Amar a classmate , genius in math. Its worth seeing and entertaining how mother daughter duo fight a daily battle against trigonometry and learn formulas.
One evening Apu witnesses ,Chanda is dropped by one of her male colleagues , assumes Chanda has been taking short cut to earn money. When after stealing and spending all the money Apu charges her mother for soliciting , Chanda becomes depressed and stops going and attending school but continues her jobs with a dream that Apu would realize her mistake and become an IAS.
Amar helps Apu realize her agony by showing Chanda working at a Dhaba (Restaurant). Apu rekindles her interest in school and study with renewed respect to her mother. She brings back Chanda to school and both complete the Board Exam together.
In front of Taj Mahal Chanda's advice to Apu in a kind of words she learns cracks through the struggle of existence. Apu manifests dream into reality , joins Indian Administrate Service and Chanda tutors math for underprivileged students for free.

Nil Battey Sannata basically means Zero divided by Zero is equal to Zero aka nothing. Zero or nothingness is a state of emptiness where power emerges from the beginning . When we think to achieve something or manifest a dream we must achieve to the state of zero base, where ripples of mind subside to a level to see or visualize a clear object which can be manifested with the power of clear visualization.

Apu's confrontation with her mother Chanda
Doctor ka beta doctor, engineer ka beta engineer , toh bai ki beti bai hi banegi na.Literally meaning Doctor's son becomes doctor so as Engineer's similarly it is certain that a maid's daughter will be a maid whatever effort put into it. But the strongest resistance of Apu was defeated by the simple vibration of Chanda at a level that is congruent with her desired reality. If we synchronize our vibration the situations and circumstances come closer to reality.

The principal who also teaches math in a government school in Nil Battey Sannata , tells his students

It's a clear cut declaration that choice and chasing the path of determination is the main criterion of becoming a black horse in marathon run.So take the path ,stay on the path until the goal is achieved with confidence and determination.
To Live with - Wisdom
Mother Chanda thinks always that her daughter would be an IAS . Under any adverse situation or in a condition she maintains Apu becomes an IAS. Her attitude to achieve goals is to live with her dream situation, which is the most important part of the movie.

Conclusion
Believing to the thought towards the goal is the final word of the Law of Attraction. Doubt is the main spoiler in the process of achievement or manifestation. Nil Battey Sannata is an inspirational movie which plays the role of a seeker guideline to the journey with the Law of Attraction.I would love to quote James Allen:
Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results, bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results.
